Subject: Bad message times

Installed NetForum 3.1 and found the time stamping of the messages to be way off (5 hours added to actual time in most, if not all cases). Had to delete $MESSAGE_TIME$ parameter in message.htm template file.

How long does that "NEW" label stay on new messages? Can I get rid of it from older messages that I re-loaded with the new version install?

Will send money, once the inaccessible bugs are worked out... good program otherwise. I like the customizable .htm templates.
